This will take place on Monday, October 5^th, 2026 at the Richmond Curling Centre in the upstairs lounge.  Assembly starts at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m.  This is an opportunity for members to hear updates on the past season, learn more about the Centre’s plans and activities, and participate in important club business.

We encourage all members to attend and be part of the evening. Your participation and input are an important part of our curling community!

Please join us as we come together to celebrate the life and legacy of Darryl Neighbour, a champion both on and off the ice.

Darryl made a lasting impact on the curling community and proudly represented Canada on the world stage. His accomplishments included a Gold Medal at the 2010 Paralympic Winter Games and three World Curling Championships.

Friends, family, members of the curling community, and all those whose lives were touched by Darryl are warmly invited to join us in remembering and celebrating him.

New to curling? This is the perfect place to start!

Join us at the Richmond Curling Centre for our Novice Curling League & Learn to Curl program. Whether you’ve never thrown a rock before or have tried curling a few times and want to build your skills, this program offers a fun, welcoming environment to learn the game.

📅 Monday Nights | ⏰ 7:00 PM | 🥌 5-Week Learn to Curl Program

Over the five weeks, participants will learn the basics of curling, develop their skills and gain the confidence needed to enjoy the game. It’s also a great opportunity to meet new people, stay active and discover a sport you can enjoy for a lifetime.

No previous curling experience is required. Everyone is welcome!

Our lounge is a perfect venue to host events. We have an open space perfect for seminars and meetings, parties, and events of all kinds. 

Here are some events that we have hosted in the past:

Lounge Rental includes event set-up and clean-up.

Deposit: Required at the time of booking your event.

Audio/Visiual: An in house sound system is available, as well as use of a podium. A projection screen is available for presentations. 

Set-Up: The table and chair set-up will done by the facility staff in consultation with the event host. Extra decorations are the responsibility of the renter, and must be affixed in a manner to not damage the facility structure. Please consult with staff prior to decorating.

Catering:  We are partnered with a great catering service. If you would like catering at your event, please provide Theresa with your ideas (ie, appies, taco bar, hamburgers etc) and sheet can get you the costs related.
