What to Wear
I suggest wearing warm stretchy clothing, and layering jeans are not recommended. It’s easier to take off a layer from being too hot than not having enough and being too cold. A clean pair of running shoes or skater shoes are the best footwear for the ice, anyone in high heels will not be allowed on the ice surface.
What to expect
You will be given a quick safety lesson before going onto the ice. Once you’re on the ice you will learn how to throw a rock, how to sweep, and a little bit about the game. You will finish your session by putting everything together and playing a game.
